Membership Fees

• Refund will be processed for withdrawals made after the last date.

Tournament Entry Fees:

• If a player chooses to withdraw from a tournament on or before the official last date of registration, the entry fee paid will be fully refunded.
• No refund will be processed for withdrawals made after the last date.
